After graduating from SUNY Geneseo in 2011 with Bachelor of Science in Business, Craig moved to New York City to start his career. Craig learned the fundamentals of sales while working for an array of companies in the software and healthcare industries. Craig returned to upstate New York in 2020 and started with Davin.

My name is Craig Lange and I am a regional client relationship manager. That means it is my responsibility to reach out to prospective clients and current clients to understand their current needs and how our software can help them along with their process.

What I like about working for Davin would probably be 2 things; The first will have to be the people. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand to help you out. I have never really had a question go unanswered, someone is always willing to step in and you know get you to where you need to be. So working with the people at this company is definitely one of the highlights.

And the other aspect would have to be the mission of the company. Everyone who works here is truly motivated to improve the outcome of healthcare and I think that is really important and it makes it easier to come to work every day.

I think a few reasons people would want to work with Davin are one we are privately owned and operated, so we have a lot of flexibility when it comes to providing solutions for our clients. We can tailor our solutions to fit really what the client is looking for and a lot of other organizations don’t offer that.

I think another big reason is our reliability and emphasis we put on customer service. People want to work with people that they like and they hear from. And our team is always willing to reach out and listen to the clients and their needs and help them with whatever issues that they are currently having. And I think lastly, the biggest this is that we’re nurse-owned and operated. So we have the right people in place who are industry experts providing our team with all of the resources we need to really provide the best solution and service to our clients.
